Training and support to women from rural areas near Pune – to stitch cloth pouches for play-activity sets designed by me (Uma Bapat).
An experiential visit initiated and arranged by बाल्यधून: A group of parents and children visited and interacted with village children at Jnana Prabodhini’s residential school in the village called Harali. (Harali is a village in Osmanabad district in Maharashtra which was affected by an earthquake in 1993. Post this earthquake, Jnana Prabodhini contributed in reforming this village and established this school.)
